As the President of Arbutus Management Consulting, he serves as a Fractional CFO and strategic advisor to Canadian SMEs, specializing in project-based sectors including engineering, oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, and technology.
He specializes in diagnosing “silent profit leaks,” restructuring cost categories, and implementing high-impact financial frameworks (such as 13-week cash flow mapping and automated KPI dashboards) that actively unlock trapped working capital. Patrick holds an MBA and is passionate about helping founders move from day-to-day firefighting to confident, long-term forward planning.
